| How to Store Your Herbs |
| Air-tight glass containers are ideal, but zip close bags work just as well if glass jars are unavailable. It is a good idea to get some labels and write the date you obtained your herbs on the container, then set aside a time each year to go through, discard, and re-order your herbs if necessary. I do this each spring during my Spring Cleaning ritual. |
