We dance

To mark the opening of the On Danse exhibition, the Mucem hall is transformed into a giant dance hall, with a dance floor that’s more than a little surprising, thanks to the interactive device created by Inlum.in in collaboration with choreographer Eric Minh Cuong Castaing and the Ballet National de Marseille.

Young dancers and members of the public are invited to evolve at the heart of an innovative 3D volumetric capture device, which allows their movements to be retranscribed in real time, in the form of clouds of points, on the large screen in the Museum’s entrance hall.
